What you will do :

• Support the overall efforts of the marketing department and its initiatives as needed.
• Create and post social media messages and enhance the company's social media presence while diligently tracking and measuring analytics on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Submit and manage marketing materials to compliance.
• Design and send client / prospect communication emails / event invites when needed.
• Periodic design of marketing materials.
• Plan and execute webinars, including recording / broadcasting of the event.
• Administer and uphold comprehensive data management systems within the department.
• Support the marketing team with content such as blog posts and lead magnets and perform website updates as required, utilizing WordPress and Divi Builder.
• Offer comprehensive marketing support to the wealth management and tax teams.

What you need to have :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3 years prior Marketing experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Slides, Canva, WordPress.
• Strong attention to detail and adeptness at working under tight deadlines.
• Impressive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills and ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.

Compensation :

The base annual salary range for this role is $X to $Y, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
