Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of project proposals/RFP responses, including written fee proposals and qualifications packages for both public and private entities
- Contribute to the production of project proposal interviews.
- Help prepare the production of presentations to potential clients.
- Manage the production of marketing materials to advance strategic initiatives, such as digital brochures, newsletters, books, and mailings.
- Maintaining award submission calendar and producing award submissions.
- Oversee the firm's website.
- Support the production of social media content (Instagram and LinkedIn) and engage with project collaborator accounts.
- Coordinating with third-party vendors to develop and implement new graphic standards.
- Bachelor's degree in the humanities, social sciences, communications, business, or a related field.
- Interest and passion for architecture and design.
- Punctual, diligent, professional attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Strong graphic sensibility with the ability to create and maintain templates, standards and lead special projects.
- Ability to synthesize research into clear and concise information.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality conscious in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsive and confident multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willingness to lead, innovate, self-initiate, and collaborate as a team player
- 1-3 years of experience, with experience in A/E/C industry or related field is a plus.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Microsoft Windows
- CRM Software
- Airtable, Asana, Slack experience is a plus
