- Bachelor's degree in a field related to information technology or education and training, or equivalent experience
- Certifications: One or more certifications or professional memberships relating to information technology or information systems management
- Leads information technology-related training projects or programs.
- Manages planning, execution, and assessment of training events.
- May supervise the work of one or more training specialists.
- May be responsible for identifying resource requirements for training projects or programs.
- Work typically involves the development of new training courses/training materials and the development of assessment methods and procedures.
- Work is subject to minimal review.
