CG Financial is Hiring a Sales Coordinator Near Williamston, MI

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for proactively supporting and assisting the Sales and Marketing team. This role will provide essential office and administrative support to help prospective and existing clients quickly and efficiently receive responses to their inquiries.
This is an in-office position located in Williamston, MI.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as customer solutions resource.
  • Prepares, reviews, and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy.
  • Performs common information processing tasks and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes.
  • Works with team members to ensure collection of Minimum Viable Information for client/prospect input to CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams, or service partners and may act as an escalation point for complex client servicing issues.
  • Ensure accurate routing of incoming marketing leads.
  • Maintain and confirm accuracy of CRM dashboards.
  • Serves as liaison with the Systems team to ensure availability of needed reports and dashboard functionality.
  • Populate sales and marketing metrics in EOS (operating system) scorecards weekly.
  • Accountable for completeness and accuracy of all marketing and events calendars.
  • Enforces organization and accuracy of sales prospect information, including templates, forms and CRM data.
  • Assist in planning and execution of CG hosted marketing events.
  • Accountable for organization and CRM input of attendee information/leads for CG hosted or partner hosted conferences, webinars and other marketing events and assigns follow up actions to sales team members. 
  • Assist with travel arrangements for sales team travel as required. 
  • Organize and coordinate client phone calls and meetings as directed. This includes sending all needed documents to both internal and external participants and logging the task/call/meeting in CRM. 
  • Ensures all follow-up tasks related to execution of the sales and CX process are completed by the accountable team member. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with external customers as well as within all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent decision making and critical thinking skills. 
  • Self-starter with exceptional “figure it out” factor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM a plus.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Education and Experience: 
  • Associates or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4 years of related business or functional experience required.
  • Sales support knowledge preferred.
