The perfect candidate for this role will have experience completing the following job duties:

• 3 – 5 years of audit and assurance experience.
• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.

• CPA license or candidacy a bonus.

• Involvement in all aspects of the firm’s audit and assurance practice, as well as daily client engagement activities. This includes preparation of assurance workpapers, financial statements, and client correspondence.

• Run engagements from start to finish, and maintain timely communication with all members of internal engagement team and appropriate client personnel.

• Apply learned assurance procedures (under applicable standards) in performing audits, reviews, or compilations of financial statements.

• Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.

• Participate and provide input in planning and engagement team meetings.

• Adhere to firm’s quality control policies and procedures.

• Identify and deliver proper reporting and opinions on financial statements, as applicable.

• Maintain familiarity with firm’s policies, procedures, forms, and online tools/software.

• Analyze and prepare various audit statements, findings, and financial reports.

• Participate in mentoring, training, educational opportunities, and professional organizations and networks.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Cg Senior Management, when necessary.

• This position is hybrid; a combination of remote and in-office/client work. In-office and client work will be determined by Cg management and/or client needs.
