Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our organization. This role requires a strong background in quantum engineering and a deep understanding of technical concepts and principles.

Duties:
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients
- Conduct research and analysis to identify technical solutions and improvements
- Develop and implement technical strategies and plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quantum engineering
- Train and mentor junior technical staff
- Document technical processes, procedures, and best practices

Experience:

Troubleshoot device errors (guided by 24/7 team - communication through chat)

-Identify damaged devices, reset and prepare them for repairs
