Looking for a Regional Portfolio Manager with NYC Rent Stabilized experience!!!
Salary 150k to 200k
Will be overseeing 3000 Rent Stabilized Units across NYC.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of property management experience, focusing on rent-stabilized residential properties in New York City.
Strong understanding of rent stabilization laws and regulations, as well as familiarity with relevant city agencies and procedures.
Proven track record of effectively managing multiple properties and overseeing physical operations, repairs, and maintenance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
