Quality Support Analyst
Position Description

You will interact with all facets of the organization and build relationships with members at all levels of seniority.
This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Report to Quality Business Partner and be a core member of the EAS/Quality organization
Lead Client Satisfaction program, ensuring business targets are achieved
Manage, track and report on materials and approvals for opportunities of client engagement including pre-awards, awards, and modifications
Create and maintain records in SharePoint including Master List of active client engagements across the business
Analyze and produce monthly reports on quality and risk business requirements for senior leadership
Educate members on applicable processes and tools; troubleshoot issues as needed
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve existing processes, including automation
Create and update documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Support Quality Management System in all aspects including documentation, training, and auditing
Support other initiatives as needed
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelors degree and 2-3 years of professional experience or equivalent experience in lieu of education. In addition:
Appreciation for defined processes and the ability to tailor a process for specific needs
Ability to multi-task and quickly switch tasks while seeing all tasks through completion
Capable of performing tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively within the team for key decisions/actions to support stakeholders across the business
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to quickly re-prioritize tasks and focus areas
Keen sense of ownership, drive, and execution
Intermediate/Advanced MS 365 suite including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $44,500.00 - $91,700.00.
