CGI is actively seeking a business analyst to join the team supporting an agency’s internal controls systems. The member would have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of analysts in support of the client’s operations and upgrade. In addition, there are opportunities to support additional work on our Operations and Maintenance team, providing Tier 3 support for our client’s internal controls system. The member would get the chance to work with several different internal teams such as account subject matter experts, functional testers, developers, and technical analysts as they work through the testing of recurring client processes for internal controls.
The position is located in Fairfax, VA at the CGI office, but hybrid work from home, office, or client site in Washington, DC is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities

• Develop your knowledge of our client’s industry, organization, and business objectives. Review the business office's current system and business processes .
• Participate in and lead client stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and facilitate training sessions, effectively communicating the benefits and impact of the internal control systems to end users.
• Assist in training and documentation creation.
• Support testing activities including developing test cases and executing testing.
• Provide analysis of internal control issues

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $55,600.00 - $130,500.00.
