Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Project Manager to successfully execute projects in a pharmaceutical client's IT organization domain.
•This position is located in our Princeton, NJ office with work performed at client site in Princeton, NJ; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
•Partner with project members and stakeholders to understand scope, goals, and deliverables.
•Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
•Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders.
•Track and report project progress and financial health to ensure transparency and visibility to key stakeholders.
•Evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals.
•Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
•Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience
•Previous experience managing IT projects in the Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry
•Excellent facilitation and communication skills
•Ability to work on site and remote in a hybrid model
•Scrum Master Certification preferred
•PMP Certification preferred
Education Requirement:
•Bachelor's degree in related area

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $74,600.00 - $130,500.00.
