**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Electrician. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in the electrical trade under the guidance of experienced professionals. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist in various tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Assistance with Installations**: Assist journeyman electricians in installing electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to blueprints, diagrams, and specifications. Learn proper techniques for routing and securing wiring, connecting circuits, and installing electrical components.

2. **Material Handling**: Assist in the handling, organization, and inventory management of electrical materials, tools, and equipment. Learn to identify and select appropriate materials and tools for specific tasks.

3. **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites. Learn to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures to prevent accidents, injuries, or electrical hazards.

4. **Assistance with Maintenance and Repairs**: Assist journeyman electricians in performing routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Learn to troubleshoot electrical problems and assist in repairing or replacing defective components.

5. **Learning and Development**: Actively participate in on-the-job training and educational opportunities to expand knowledge of electrical theory, codes, and practices. Seek guidance from experienced professionals and ask questions to enhance learning and skill development.

6. **Tool Maintenance**: Learn proper care and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment. Assist in cleaning, inspecting, and organizing tools to ensure they are in good working condition.

7. **Documentation**: Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed, including installations, maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Learn to complete required paperwork, reports, and documentation in a clear and organized manner.

8. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with journeyman electricians and other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Communicate openly and respectfully with team members to contribute to a positive work environment.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and principles is advantageous.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.

- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**MUST HAVE APPRENTICE LICENSE

Pay Rate: $17-$26 per/hour with potential overtime
