- ServiceNow System Administrator Cert – required
- Remote - FTE or 3 months contract to hire.
- Comfortable to work in EST – time zone
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a proven track record of managing and configuring ServiceNow instances.
- Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM suites.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages and web technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ITIL methodologies, certification is a plus.
