As a PCP Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients in long-term care facilities. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care
  • Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and administer treatments
