C.H. Thompson is currently seeking a Full Time or Part Time Quality Contract Review Specialist to join our quality control team.

As a Quality Contract Review Specialist, you will be integral in ensuring that all contracts meet the necessary quality standards and compliance requirements.

Our customer base ranges from small privately owned machine shops to top Fortune 500 companies such as Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics and BAE Systems.

Position Overview

  • Contract Review : Ensure contracts comply with standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with contract terms and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure the business can meet customers' quality requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions. Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and issues.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015, AS9100D and NADCAP standards.
  • Communication : Discuss contract outcomes with Quality and production teams to ensure open dialogue.
  • Offer advice and guidance on contract matters to managers and other operational staff.
  • Document Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
  • Quality Assurance : Assist in achieving QA compliance and targets.
  • Blueprint Reading : Interpret blueprints, technical documents, and manuals to ensure product quality.
  • Other : Other responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Qualifications :

  • Analytical Skills : Ability to observe, research, and interpret information to develop complex ideas and solutions.
  • Legal Requirements : Deep understanding of legal requirements and best practices in contract administration.
  • Attention to Detail : Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Technical Skills : Math and computer skills, ability to use specialized testing tools and machinery.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods and read technical documents and blueprints.
  • Quality Standards : Ensure all contracts meet stringent quality standards.

Total Compensation Package :

  • Wage
  • This role is based in the State of New York which requires the disclosure of salary ranges. The expected salary range for this position is $20.

00 - $30.00 per hour. C.H.Thompson provides salary ranges as a good faith estimate of what the company reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of posting.

Compensation offered to a selected candidate may vary based on factors such as (but not limited to) a candidate's job-related qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.

The expected salary range for this position is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
