We are looking for a skilled Billing and Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our fast-paced and growing team. Ideal candidate will have experience with customer invoicing/billing and collections and enjoy working in a flexible, small-team environment. Quickbooks and Google Sheets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year experience working in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or similar position
• Must be familiar with QuickBooks
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Experience with trucking is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare Invoices
• Record Metrix
• Monitor BL's and weight tags
• Monitor the company's accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts
• Tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues via phone and email
• Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect any overdue amounts
• Maintain records of customers with delinquent accounts as well as records of any payments collected
• Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing
• Manage customer accounts in QuickBooks
• Post, file, and organize A/R payments and other office records
• Communicate and build relationships with customers
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Other office and bookkeeping tasks as assigned
• Bill out daily dispatches
