**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of SAS Health Tech, you will handle various aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting our mission-driven culture.
**Responsibilities:**
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist in performance management systems to drive employee engagement, productivity, and utilization
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support employee development programs and training initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist in managing HRIS systems
- Collaborate with HR Manager and leadership to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction
- Adapt and assist in implementing HR strategies and practices as the company continues to grow and evolve
- Assist in recruiting efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support HR sourcing activities to attract top talent to the organization
- Oversee social media management related to HR initiatives
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
