Job Title: Copywriter - Healthcare
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - onsite 2-3 days per week)

Chamberlain Advisors is currently seeking a Copywriter for our direct client in the healthcare and retail pharmacy industry. This is a 3-month contract with likely extensions. An ideal candidate will produce and manage high-quality, brand-consistent written content for web-based promotions and mobile-focused marketing pieces, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and functional requirements, while staying current in their field and effectively conveying the brand's positioning. What You Will Be Accountable For

• Responsible for producing written work for web-based promotions, page layouts and other creative projects. Ensures branding standards are consistent and maintained across writing assignments.
  Researches, writes, revises and proofs usable and appropriate material in assigned subject area(s), including but not limited to user-centered copy for mobile UI and all mobile-focused marketing pieces, ensuring products are in line with functional requirements, quality, and brand standards across Walgreens digital touch points.
• Keeps current in assigned areas in order to consistently and effectively convey the brand and positioning within the marketplace.
• Manages timelines, milestones and internal details on project work to ensure timely delivery of written work.
• Participates in meetings facilitated by business area or project initiator to understand the goals and objectives throughout the stages of a project.

What Qualifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in copywriting and 2 years of copywriting experience
• 3-5 years of experience working on marketing and/or advertising projects
• Healthcare industry experience
• Agency experience as a copywriter creating ad or promotional copy for a variety of digital channels
• Experience crafting and editing guidelines and standards documentation
• Familiarity interpreting wireframes and technical documentation for customer-facing UI
• Ability to self-edit and provide editorial guidance
• Content strategy experience, advertising experience
