Job Title: Credentialing and Admin Specialist Location: Southfield, MI (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week ). Summary/ResponsibilitiesUnder supervision, this position is responsible for processing several credentialing reports. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on providers going through the initial credentialing process. Work with the Credentialing Team Leader on special projects and provider audits. May flex job responsibilities between credentialing and general office admin work which includes, but is not limited to imaging documents, general phone calls to dental offices and mailings/external communications with dental offices. What Qualifications You Need
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years of experience.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
PC proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Organizational and prioritization skills; Problem solving skills; Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Must be able to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Customer Service Skills – will be speaking directly w/Dental offices
Dental knowledge a plus, not required
