Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Duration & Type: Initial 6-Month Contract with likely extensions up to 2 years

Summary & Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for an experienced Leadership Development Specialist to support our team in enhancing the effectiveness of our leadership programs. This role requires a strategic thinking with a proven track record in project management, metrics identification and internal communication.
What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Measure impact: Identify and develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our learning classes and programs.
  • Project Management: Support and manage complex projects and programs with multiple components, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Ability to execute project tasks and coordinate activities within the work-stream of a project.
  • Tool utilization: Utilize tools such as, learning management systems, survey software (Qualtrics) Microsoft-suite applications to support program scheduling and analysis.
  • Dashboard creation and maintenance: Create and maintain dashboards for leadership updates, ensuring data is accurately represented and tells a compelling story.
  • Presentation development: Build engaging PowerPoint decks to communicate findings and updates to leadership teams.
  • Internal Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Communication: Draft clear and concise communications for internal employees to ensure effective information dissemination.
What Qualifications You Need
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Coordination/Project Management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Project management knowledge and practical experience with large-scale programs
  • Attention to detail
  • Commitment to meeting project deadlines
  • Ability to meet virtually
