The Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, support, and automation of a secure enterprise collaboration environment. What You Will Be Accountable For
- Manage, troubleshoot, and support Exchange Server, Exchange Online, MAPI Outlook clients, and M365-Premise Hybrid configurations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network appliance issues to ensure integrity using tools Netmon, Wireshark, Fiddler, and Splunk
- Administration, manage, and security of Azure tenant, cloud infrastructure, and virtual machines.
- Administration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune, support BYOD devices, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Provide Enterprise Printing Support by leveraging embedded technologies to support secure enterprise printing solutions.
- Identify, remediate, and manage security vulnerabilities to enhance the security posture of various systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve security concerns.
- Proactively manage end-of-life technologies, applications, and systems to ensure compliance.
- Adhere to internal change management processes for production environment changes.
- Manage vendor relationships on all responsible products and ongoing license planning.
- Create statement of work documents, budgeting, NDA’s, and contract renewals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting Exchange Server 2019, Exchange Online, and M365-Premise Hybrid configurations.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
- Proficiency using network troubleshooting tools (Netmon, Wireshark, Fiddler, Splunk).
- Experience in Azure Cloud Environment Administration and Security (automation, scripting, active directory, networking, troubleshooting, etc)
- Familiarity with operating in a DevOps culture.
- Familiarity with highly regulated environments, including NIST-CSF, COBIT, and CIS standards.
- Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert certification or equivalent experience.
