The Position: Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a Lead Test Engineer that is well-versed in industry-standard software test engineering for legacy Mainframe computing and modern cloud computing infrastructure.
Overview: The Lead Test Engineer must be experienced with working on a team dedicated to Software Test Engineering, Performance Test Engineering, and Test Automation.
The successful candidate will assess and optimize integrated and regression tests that validate functionalities between systems and the completeness and processes. The candidate will support the automation of manually executed tests. This includes building tools to enable more frequent and efficient testing.
Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentor other test engineers.
• Develop, implement, and execute test strategies and test plans.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure quality of the systems.
• Utilize DevOps practices to automate and streamline testing processes.
• Use GitHub for version control and code review.
• Implement and Optimize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Report and track defects, and work with the team to resolve them.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall functioning of the team.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years as a Test Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with DevOps, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Preferred Experience:

• Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Mural, Slack, Outlook
• Experience with Mainframe system
