OFFICE MANAGER
The Champaign County State's Attorney's Office seeking applicants for an Office Manager. Prior office and managerial experience required, with a preference for a minimum of 5 years legal, accounting or office management experience. The position manages all fiscal operations for the office, purchasing, paying invoices & managing grant funds with monthly and annual reporting and preparation of the annual County budget. It requires experience with Microsoft Office products, excellent technical skills and experience with computer software, hardware and operating systems preferred. The position requires a professional manner, superior organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to learn. An associate degree is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree or higher, and/or specific courses in accounting, criminal justice, or paralegal studies. This is a non-bargaining position with an excellent benefit package, including but not limited to, paid holidays, IMRF retirement and other benefits. The position will remain open until filled.
