CHAMPION CARE is Hiring an ADON Assistant Director of Nursing RN Near Kenosha, WI

Waters Edge Health and Rehab have an exciting opportunit for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our phenomenal nursing team. As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care withing the facility. This is done with federal and state regulatory compliance while following policies and procedures. The Assistant Director of Nursing will lead the Infection Control team. This position is the point person and liaison between the residents and families while providing excellent follow up and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • WI Licensed Registered Nurse
  • 3 Years of nursing experience
  • Previous SNF supervisor or management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead a growing team
