Burligton Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an energic leader to join their team as an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator. As theAdministrator in Training, you will support the Administrator in leading and managing our company.This is a great opportunity to learn healthcare operations and make a difference in the lives of our residents and staff.
The Administrator in Training (AIT) works closely with the Nursing Home Administrator and other Bay at Suring Department Heads to learn the overall management of the skilled nursing facility. The Administrator in Training (AIT) will work with each Department Head and understand the roles and responsibilities of their departments. Focused areas of responsibility and learning will be HR, sales and marketing, customer service, and clinical operations.
The Administrator in Training (AIT) will conduct their training program in Burlington, WI which can take up to one year. After completing the program the Administrator in Training will become licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and may be required to move within WI to work in a building in the Champion Care network.
Administrator in Training (AIT) Requirements:
Must be able to read and interpret financial records and reports.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions.
Understanding of Federal and State regulations and requirements for long-term care.
Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
Must perform proficiently in all competency areas during the AIT program.
Maintains professional working relationships.
Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.
Must understand and follow company policies.
Administrator in Training (AIT) Qualifications:
*Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
