Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team as a Nurse Supervisor in Manahawkin, NJ. This position will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.

As the Evening Nurse Supervisor, you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility.

This position is full time working Monday - Friday with the hours being 3p-11pm.

Requirements:

• Active NJ nursing license (RN or LPN)
• 1 Years or more of nursing experience in a long term care facility
• Previous nurse supervisor or management experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead a growing team
