Job Title: Quality Control Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level)

Job Description: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Control Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position, and we will provide training and support to help you grow in your career.
Responsibilities:

• Heavy Computer Work and Follow up with Vendors
• Interaction with multiple Warehouses
• Support & Interaction with Multiple Departments 
• Ensure any necessary paperwork is processed correctly and efficiently
• Perform functions delegated by the Quality Control Manager 
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all products 
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management related to quality control activities

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational & follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Self-starter 
• Ability to Multi Task & stick to deadlines 
• Highly reliable and dependable
