Champion Heart & Vascular Center, PA is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Oxford, NC

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our medical office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical environment while developing valuable skills.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, including responding to patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Manage patient records, including updating patient information in our practice management software (Eaglesoft).
- Handle all front desk tasks, including check-in and check-out procedures, billing and insurance.
- Provide administrative support to the medical team, including preparing patient charts and assisting with medical records.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner, including answering patient questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting is required.
- Experience with phone systems and medical administrative support is also required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are necessary.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Experience working in an administrative capacity is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.93 - $20.39 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
