The Overnight Cook is responsible for consistently delivering results to contribute to Champion’s Club mission and overall success by preparing and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. They will also help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently, ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and following food storage procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Sets up stations with all necessary supplies
• Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly
• Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Always follows supervisors’ direction
• Follows proper cooking techniques for all dishes
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen and ensure plates are clean and appetizing
• Ensures food quality and timeliness
• Practices correct food handling and food storage procedures according to company and state regulations
• Complies with all sanitation and safety regulations and standards
• Maintains a positive and respectful approach with crew members 
• Reports all unsafe working conditions, operational needs and equipment or aspects of the kitchen in need of repair to management
• Address issues in a professional manner through effective interpersonal communication
• Other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior experience in restaurant preferred 
• Ability to work overnight shifts: 8:00pm-3:00am. May include weekends and holidays
• Food Handler’s Certification
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Ability to adhere to all company policies and the code of conduct
• Exemplary time and resource management including good attendance
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
