B2B Marketing Manager (Contract)

Chandler Macleod is excited to partner with a leading global technology firm to recruit for a B2B Marketing Manager position based in Sydney CBD. This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension, offering a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week.

About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and passionate marketing all-star to join our client’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, creative, and self-starting, with a passion for creating, delivering, and executing engaging campaigns and programs that drive outstanding pipeline and revenue results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing programs and campaigns for the ANZ market.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative campaigns and breakthrough ideas.
• Manage and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue across various channels.
• Work closely with sales teams to support collaborative programs and find new buyers.
• Orchestrate, negotiate, and manage project deliverables with marketing organization members.
• Collaborate with agencies to scale the delivery and impact of programs.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business/Marketing/Communications.
• At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience in a campaign manager or marketing manager capacity.
• Strong project management skills and a proven track record in managing B2B marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and contribute to cross-functional projects with confidence.

Experience/Skills Desired:

• Experience using Salesforce, Slack, and other marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and driving quantifiable ROI.
• Experience in bringing innovation to impact sales and marketing goals.
