We are on the hunt for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Sydney.
About the Role:
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy, aimed at elevating brand awareness and fueling demand for our client’s cutting-edge analytics solutions. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Field Marketing ANZ and collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and opportunity generation.
Your Mission:
- Develop and manage a suite of events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns that resonate with our business objectives.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Customer Success to ensure a unified approach.
- Drive new advocacy programs and innovative initiatives through strategic agency partnerships.
Who You Are:
- A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Boasting over 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in marketing communications and customer advocacy.
- A strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An excellent communicator and presenter, adept at engaging with senior executives.
- A self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in global markets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like Slack.
