We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Professional to join our leadership team and help us expand our market presence.
Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Professional to identify new referral opportunities through networking, build and maintain relationships with referral agents, consult with prospective clients, and create custom proposals tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
o Regularly track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital metrics.
o Generate and present reports on digital performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
o Create, design, and update marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
o Develop compelling presentation materials for internal and external use, ensuring brand consistency.
o Create weekly Estate Sale Newsletter
Qualifications:

· This position requires a home office setup and involves travel to events, client homes, and team gatherings. A travel stipend is available. Compensation will start hourly, with the potential to transition to a salary based on time commitment. The role is initially expected to require 32-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Wage range based on experience: $22-$28 / hour.
