Merchandising Lead

Job Overview

• The Merchandising Coordinator works with the Store Manager to stock and build furniture and coordinate the stocking of large items. The Merchandising Coordinator reports to Store Manager

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

• Works with the Freight Coordinator to determine priorities for stocking
• Manage the process of signing and maintaining hardline sections of the store
• Complete all markdowns and sign changes ? Create and refresh endcaps.
• Work with the Store Manager and Sales Manager to identify items that qualify as Manager’s Specials
• Manage Floor Stacks to ensure they are stacked safely, easily shoppable and properly signed
• Manage all Brown Box furniture items to ensure they are moved to the floor and merchandised according to company standards
• Manage the flooring sections making sure flooring is properly displayed and signed in accordance with company standards
