As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Process customer transactions at the cash register, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and back room
• Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays as needed
• Participate in visual merchandising initiatives to create an attractive store environment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience (customer service or cashiering) preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
