We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our team!

As a Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our store operations and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised store environment, assisting customers with purchases, and completing tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with purchases, answering questions and making recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms
• Restock shelves, manage inventory, and perform other tasks as assigned by management
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Participate in visual merchandising and display setup
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
