As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, answer customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues efficiently and courteously. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries that were not immediately resolved.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
