Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock and inventory.
- Ensure that shelves are stocked and maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with inventory management, including conducting stock counts and managing product displays.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of sales promotions and product information to assist customers.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while adhering to company policies.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for managing transactions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
