SummaryAs an Inventory Merchandiser/Stock Replenisher you will play a crucial part in maintaining a well-organized and efficiently stocked warehouse. Your responsibilities will include put away and display of all chemicals, receiving and sorting of store transfer replenishment. Ensuring proper labeling and pricing of store replenishment items and monitoring inventory levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  • Efficiently stock, replenish, and organize all chemical products, including oil, on the sales floor in designated area(s), ensuring products are readily available to customers.
  • Ensuring all inbound store replenishment items are labeled and priced and sent to correct departments same day
  • Stock in a timely fashion with accuracy.
  • Coordinate restocking efforts to replenish store inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Regularly monitor inventory levels to identify low stock situations and communicate these to management promptly.
  • Unpack and receive incoming store replenishment merchandise and verify accuracy.
  • Verify items received by inspecting the condition of items; comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list; noting discrepancies.
  • Assist in setting up displays, rearranging merchandise, and facing products to enhance the visual appeal of the store.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Previous experience in inventory control and stock management is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to work seamlessly with a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including the availability to work on weekends, ensuring coverage during peak business hours.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and external employees.
Language Skills
  • Ability to read write and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
