About the Job:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent member drinking experience to join the Chapel Hill Country Club team! You will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding member's needs and expectations. Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, bend, lift and move tables, chairs, food trays, etc.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be willing to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends and Holidays. (Management is very flexible with schedules).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our Members.
• Interact with members, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess members needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Be member focused and nurture an excellent Member experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Skills:

• Proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

Salary: Up to $20/hour (hourly pay commensurate with experience).
