Chapel Legal, PLLC is Hiring a Part-Time Family Law Paralegal Near Tampa, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Part-Time Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist the attorney in all stages of family law cases from inception to resolution.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research on family law issues
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Assist in case preparation and management
- Maintain attorney calendars and case files

- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Organize and summarize financial records, depositions, and other case-related documents

Experience:
- Prior experience as a Family Law Paralegal preferred
- Proficiency in legal software such as Westlaw and Clio/MyCase
- Strong writing skills for drafting and legal correspondence
- Experience with data entry and maintaining case files
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and court filings
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Preferred:

-Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus
