Our compensation plan begins over $17.00 per/hour plus available monthly bonuses. We also provide a new hire signing bonus. We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique customer service business development team. We welcome individuals with experience but are also willing to train our next superstar! We have an in-house training team who is dedicated to your success. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with customers who are interested in a new/pre-owned vehicle. Your focus will be setting up a time for them to come in and meet with one of our internet sales managers. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and texting in a professional manner
Generate sales appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/ used cars sales presentations
Handle incoming phone leads
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager
Attend product and sales training as requested by BDC
Attend sales meetings
Maintain a professional appearance
Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers

At least one previous role in the customer service industry preferred
Must be available to work nights and weekends
Must have strong typing skills
Strong interpersonal skills, in-person and over the phone
Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills a MUST
Possess clean driving record and valid driver's license
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
