About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our installation crews and ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for installation teams, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the installation process for windows, doors, and siding, as well as experience in managing and coordinating teams.

Compensation
· Hourly Rate: $37 per hour
· Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
· Act as the primary point of contact for installation teams, providing real-time solutions and guidance
· Visit job sites regularly to ensure progress, quality of work, and adherence to standard procedures
· Manage both in-house and subcontractor installation crews, coordinating schedules and job assignments
· Handle customer issues that arise during job execution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
· Implement and maintain quality control measures, conducting post-installation inspections
Qualifications
· 5 years of experience in residential construction project management, preferably with windows, doors, or siding installation
· Strong understanding of installation processes, materials, and best practices for windows, doors, and siding
· Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating installation crews
· Knowledge of building codes
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits
· Knowledge of energy-efficient products and installation techniques a plus
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods of standing and working outside.
· Must have adequate balance and ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.
· Requires travel to jobsites within a predetermined radius in a company-provided vehicle.
