The Director of Student Success at Argyros College of Business and Economics supports graduate and undergraduate students from orientation to graduation, helping the students navigate through their student life and academic journey. The Director serves as an advisor to the Assistant Dean of Student Success in the areas of student services, academic advising, programming, ranking, accreditation, and curriculum updates. The incumbent supports and leads the daily operations, administration, budget and programming for student success. The Director will ensure a high quality of service, with a strong emphasis and commitment to the overall student experience throughout their academic program progress. Responsible for developing a comprehensive plan to create an efficient and effective process incorporating staff, technology, and networking. This position is responsible for business student success toward graduation and reaching alumni status and leads the ACBE’s student retention efforts.
