Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or industrial engineering.
• Experience sourcing copackers, raw materials, and logistic services.
• Experience in consumer goods industry (CPG)
• Strong network of copackers and ingredient suppliers
• Understanding of recycling laws
• Formal negotiation training and/or a proven track record of negotiating complex sourcing contracts.
• Experienced in supply and demand management/analysis.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint advanced).
