The Aesthetic Nurse Educator will design, develop, implement, and evaluate a variety of clinical educational offerings in order to improve aesthetic provider care and organizational outcomes. The Aesthetic Nurse Educator plays a crucial role in the aesthetic setting by facilitating the professional development and ongoing education of clinical provider staff.

You'll achieve success by:

• Design, develop, and implement educational programs with Clinical Education and Learning and Development teams
• Provide feedback and develop clinical training materials including e-learnings, PowerPoints, and didactic content
• Continuously evaluate and tailor clinical educational content to meet learner and organizational needs
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual instructor-led training from Chapter-developed content
• Execute hands-on clinical training and chairside support in studios and classroom settings
• Use various teaching methods to suit learner needs throughout training sessions
• Build clinical provider proficiency in all treatment and service offerings at Chapter
• Facilitate continuing education opportunities for aesthetic providers
• Stay up-to-date with current research and evidence-based practices in aesthetic nursing
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify educational gaps and opportunities for further education
• Monitor studio needs and provide continuing education support
• Evaluate adverse events and provide follow-up training and remediation plans
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in communication with clinical provider trainees and studio teams
• Provide in-studio support and shift coverage when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• RN Licensure, BSN preferred
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and Zoom
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong in-person and virtual facilitation skills
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical training experience, including virtual training on multiple aesthetic treatment offerings
• Minimum of 5 years of experience performing neuromodulator, dermal filler, energy-based device, and laser treatments
• Strong sales and business acumen with the ability to build complex treatment programs including comprehensive retail recommendations
• Ability to travel up to 75%
