You'll achieve success by:

• Order and maintain appropriate levels of all studio inventory and supplies (retail, professional, and office)
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts to proactively identify opportunities and prevent shortages
• Unpack, organize, and store all studio inventory properly
• Set up merchandise displays, coordinate interior signage, product promotions, and pricing
• Receive, set up, and troubleshoot office equipment
• Identify potential issues and suggest process improvements
• Ensure guest-facing retail is organized and presented on lobby shelving
• Collaborate with studio employees and vendors to ensure accurate and timely orders
• Coordinate general facility repairs and maintenance
• Identify and escalate inventory and facilities issues, recommending process improvements

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of two years of managerial experience, inventory management preferred
• Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets
• Effective leadership skills including multi-tasking, prioritizing, and goal-setting
• Compelling interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong ability to influence and build rapport
