POSITION:
Speech and Language Therapist – Early Childhood/Early Elementary

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters Degree in Speech and Language Therapy

- Obtained CCC, or; Met requirements to complete CFY

- License as a Speech Therapist in the State of Michigan

- Demonstrated use of technology in performance of dutiesJOB FUNCTIONS:
- Analyze data to create effective instructional plans

- Provide comprehensive speech and language services aligned with IEP goals and objectives

- Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate in an effective manner with parents, teachers, children, and agency representatives

- Consult with teachers on intervention strategies 

- Facilitate evaluation and selection of appropriate augmentative communication systems based upon individual child needs

- Work cooperatively with evaluation team and school personnel to evaluate students

- Proficient in use of technology to effectively communicate in written format
