The Chargeway platform offers B2B and B2C solutions to a variety of stakeholders within the EV industry and can be integrated into multiple digital channels including web, retail, mobile and in-vehicle, helping to accelerate EV adoption. Chargeway currently has partner programs in Oregon, Arizona, Texas and Michigan with more programs in active development around the country.
Job Summary: Chargeway is seeking candidates to join our team that want to help evolve the automotive and energy industries. The EV Programs Specialist will play a key role in maintaining Chargeway’s premier EV software user experience through assisting in the daily coordination and organization of Chargeway’s platform data. Daily tasks include internal data management, external data research, software testing, hardware setup and testing, admin support, and recommendations to software team for platform improvements. This role ensures the platform maintains a high-quality user experience.
Responsibilities primarily will include database management of EV charging station data including network, location and technical specifications of charging hardware, EV availability for major auto manufacturers, auto dealer sales tracking, software performance monitoring and testing. Another significant portion of the position will require monitoring external data sources and relevant EV industry news. A portion of the position responsibilities (10-15%) will include logistics management of hardware deployment such as hardware preparation, pick up, tracking and deliveries with external logistics companies.
