Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Morrow, GA. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting integrity and thorough communication among all project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (not essential but a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on mission critical/data centre projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying scopes and sizes.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
