Job Description
Charleston County Housing & Redevelopment Authority is seeking to fill the full-time position of Maintenance Serviceman. This position requires excellent knowledge of all phases of building and grounds maintenance. Individuals should have the ability to trouble-shoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. HVAC Certification is a plus.
