Job Title: Landscape Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional outdoor spaces. As a Landscape Designer, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, develop design concepts, and oversee the implementation of projects with an in house install crew from start to finish.

Duties:
- Designing outdoor spaces that incorporate hardscape elements and plantings to enhance aesthetics and functionality
- Illustrating design concepts
- Planning and implementing irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their outdoor spaces
- Managing project scheduling to meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Providing expertise in landscape maintenance practices to ensure long-term sustainability
- Incorporating sales strategies to promote services and products offered by the company
- Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project success

Skills:
- Proficiency in hardscape design and installation techniques
- Ability to illustrate design concepts effectively
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and best practices for water conservation
- Experience with project scheduling and management
- Strong sales skills to promote services and products
- Understanding of garden design principles and plant selection
- Familiarity with GIS software for mapping and analysis purposes
- Background in landscape maintenance practices for sustainable outdoor spaces
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
